Twina Return Policy

At Twina, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains when returns and refunds are accepted and helps protect both our customers and our brand.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and protective seals are intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty gadgets cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, opened, or tampered beauty devices

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance

  • Gift items or free promotional products


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


4. Proof & Anti-Fraud Protection

To protect against fraud:

  • Returns may require photo/video proof before approval

  • Items showing signs of use or seal removal will be rejected

  • Any false claims may result in return refusal or account restriction


5. Return Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, the order is subject to this Return Policy.


9. International Orders

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility
